Vouchers are valid for 5 years from the date of purchase. Monetary Vouchers can be exchanged and used in full or partial payment for Hotel goods or services at the time of redemption. No change will be given and any residual balance will remain for later use. For fraud protection purposes, monetary vouchers cannot be used within 7 days of purchase date.
